Purchase Terms and Conditions

The LPO Store will notify the customer within 48 hours of the status of the order placed.   If an item becomes backordered the customer will be contacted and a pending status will be provided .In stock items usually ship within 72 hours, however the time to deliver the products is impacted by the delivery method chosen.

The LPO Store reserves the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel and/or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product ordered was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, The LPO Store Inc. will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card at the time our shipping notice email is sent to your email address.

You may request cancellation of an order by completing the Return or Exchange Request form and request a cancellation of an order however, if an order has already been processed cancellation request may not be processed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund (other than the exceptions described below) or exchange if you return it to the LPO Store within 14 days provided the items purchased are returned  in their  original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). All returned products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material documentation, manuals and any other item or accessories provided with the purchase of the goods being returned.  In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing items and the costs associated with obtaining the replacement items may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however,  if there was an error in the shipment or the goods were defective LPO Store Inc.will refund any duplication in shipping costs that was caused by returning an item due to error on our part or a defective product.

We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we, or any other person incurs as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information, or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.

Exchanging or Returning Products Purchased Online

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return of your product by contacting LPO Store Inc.

All returned products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, documentation, manuals and any other item or accessories provided with the purchase of the goods being returned.  In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials and the costs associated with obtaining the replacement items may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Copyright laws specify that software; CD’s and other like product that are open can only be exchanged for identical items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however,  if there was an error in the shipment, or defective goods the LPO Store will refund any duplication in shipping costs that was caused by returning an item due to an error on our part, or a defective product.

Before a return can be accepted by the LPO Store a return merchandise authorization must be obtained. This authorization can be obtained by calling our custom r service department
